Our Work
Welcome to our innovative approach to diesel engine maintenance. We specialize in enhancing the performance of semitrucks, mining and construction equipment, and locomotives with our patented AI Emissions-Based Maintenance software. Our technology analyzes engine emissions profiles and provides tailored recommendations that empower diesel mechanics with the knowledge and troubleshooting procedures needed to restore engines to their optimal OEM performance. By identifying repair issues beyond standard OEM fault codes, we ensure your equipment runs efficiently and reliably.

Mining Haul Trucks - Africa
2,000 HP - Tier 2 & 4 Final Engines
In collaboration with a global OEM partner, we successfully executed a project at a key mining site in Africa. Our efforts resulted in a reduction in fuel consumption (over 10%) for a large fleet equipped with 2,700 HP engines - US EPA Tier 2 and 4 Final.
Locomotive Fleet - USA
3,600 HP - Tier 0 Engines
EBM's technology successfully identified maintenance issues that resulted in significant horsepower loss and engine performance degradation within the commuter rail fleet of locomotives. When corrected, the engines operate much more cost-effectively, last longer, and generate few emissions.

Mining Haul Trucks - Asia
2,500 HP - Tier 2 & 4 Final Engines
This project involved the successful integration of 2,500 HP engines in collaboration with a leading engine OEM. Through the utilization of EBM AI software, we strategically identified and implemented economical repairs, resulting in a significant reduction in fuel consumption. This initiative not only enhanced the efficiency of the engines but also contributed to more sustainable operational practices.
Revealiency R&D Mining Lab
800 HP - Tier 4 Final
We partnered with an operating mine that provided access to their mining equipment to develop and test EBM AI and other technologies:
-
Detailed test of the patented AI technology
-
Developed telematically-enabled AI, autonomous emissions testing, and engine data offload to EBM's cloud application
-
Engine emissions sensor development with Los Alamos, US DOE National Lab
